National Self Love Day February 13th

The 13th of February is also known as ‘National Self Love Day’ a day to take care of you. If you want to start transforming yourself and your life around you, start with self-love.

When you love yourself you realize that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. So take some time and spoil yourself because you have to love yourself first before you can love your life. Self Love is a daily practice. Here are some tips that might help you relax, de-stress, and unwind.


  1. Take a bubble bath
  2. Get a massage
  3. Meditate
  4. Go to the movies or just watch a movie
  5. Read a book
  6. Clear your schedule and turn off your phone

  3. Eat healthier
  4. Drink more water

Every day, you are choosing. The only thing in your control is yourself and your choices. So break free and discover a new version of you.
